Ethnicrecipe.info was started as a labor of fun for a couple of geeks in USA who love to cook but more importantly, love to eat. While we were at it, we’d make it a lot easier to search for recipes, to make something inspiring for dinner with what you have on hand, and just as easy to create a custom shopping list for the recipes you want to make, our favourite is fried corn cakes.
We are technologists, so we thought we could make the cooking process easier by putting technology behind it. Paging through cookbooks or cooking magazines is fun, as long as you aren’t hungry or have food that you have to use pumpkin tonight! The company is committed to making eating easier: to us that means everything on the road to dinner, including the inspiration and the trip to the store.
